February Sweat Lodge

Join us this Sunday for our monthly Sweat Lodge Ceremony, a chance to purify, release, and rejuvenate. As Carl Jung said, “Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” The Sweat Lodge offers a sacred space to turn inward, meet ourselves as we are, and allow what needs to shift to move freely.

Over four rounds—honouring earth, air, fire, and water—we will release what no longer serves us and connect with the deeper wisdom within. Through meditation, song, and sharing, you will be supported throughout the journey.

Let the heat of the stones, the steam from the water, and the rhythm of the drum bring comfort and healing for all our relations.
