❄️ A 6-hour Deep Dive into Movement – Connection – Remembering ❄️

As winter invites us inward, we’re called to slow down, to listen deeply, and to allow space for the kinds of dreams that emerge in stillness. This is a time for softening, sensing, and remembering what truly moves us.

Join us for a 6-hour Dance, held in a beautiful garden in Orchards, our deeper and more spacious full day journey into movement, community and connection.

✨ Let the rhythm guide you, the stillness nourish you, and the collective energy inspire you. ✨

What to Expect:

• A blend of individual exploration and collective expression
• Time and space to explore themes, transitions, and intentions
• Gentle facilitation and intuitive flow—come as you are
• A lush garden setting in the suburb of Orchards, surrounded by bird song, trees, and soft earth

We will also offer optional consecrated plant medicines to support relaxation and intuitive movement. These sacred allies help open the body and quiet the mind, enhancing your connection to the dance.

There will be Dance rounds and rest periods in between.
