DESCRIPTION:Winter Sweat Lodge – A Ceremony of Renewal \nJoin us for a traditional sweat lodge ceremony\, a deeply grounding and cleansing experience that supports physical\, emotional\, and spiritual renewal. The lodge offers a contained\, intentional space—similar to a sauna or steam room—yet more natural\, with fresh air between rounds and guided facilitation throughout. \nNo previous experience is required. All are welcome. \n\n🗓 Date: Sunday\, 3rd May 2026🕑 Time: Arrive from 14:00 (Lodge begins ~14:20)📍 Venue: 1 Rosen Street\, Highlands North💰 Energy Exchange: R500 per person \n\nWhat to Expect\nThe ceremony consists of four rounds and lasts approximately two hours.Between rounds\, there is space for breath\, rest\, and integration. \nAfter the third round\, fruit may be shared for replenishment.We will close around 17:00 with a warm vegetarian soup and time together around the fire. 🔥An outdoor shower is also available. Optional ice plunge before lodge. \n\nWhat to Bring\n\n2 towels (one for inside\, one for after)\n2 bottles of water\nSwimming costume or shorts\nSarong\nFlowers for the altar (optional)\n\n\nPreparation\nPlease avoid alcohol the night before and hydrate well on the morning of the lodge. \n\nAdditional\nArrive early if you’d like to relax and enjoy an optional ice bath before the ceremony. \nFor any questions\, please contact:Ryan or Leeane – 082 552 0619
