Join us for our next Men’s Sweat Lodge as we transition into the winter months with a powerful reset in both heat and cold.

About the Lodge
Held in ceremonial honour of the four directions and elements, our Sweat Lodges offer a space for deep connection and renewal. We move through four rounds, each with a break in between, allowing the steam from the stones to open our hearts and minds. This is an opportunity to receive blessings, release what no longer serves you, and step into the season with clarity and strength.
