🌱 A Spring Equinox Dance Journey 🌱

A Deep Dive into Movement – Connection – Remembering
A full-day immersion into ceremony, the natural elements, and community 🎶

Spring equinox is the turning point. The music will move you like never before—breaking you open so you feel stronger, more resourced, ready to meet the new season with fresh energy.

This is about becoming more of who you are and what you came here to do. We let our bodies write the story of spring in movement, so your coming out is completely your own.

What to Expect
Individual exploration and group movement.
Space to notice and explore what’s shifting in your life.
Music that opens you up and builds you back stronger.
Heart-opening, witnessing, and space for transformation.
Leave feeling more resourced, more yourself, ready for what lies ahead.

The day flows between dance and rest, movement and stillness, with each session having its own focus and rhythm.

We’ll also explore Celtic spring wisdom—ancient traditions of balance, renewal, and the turning of the seasons.

Optional plant allies will be offered to support heart-opening and deeper connection to movement.

The Setting
A beautiful, spacious garden where you can move freely, breathe deeply, and let the rhythm guide you.

The Invitation
This is your spring story, written in movement. Your body knows how to emerge, how to come out, in a way that is completely your own.

This is your beginning point. Your story of spring.
Come with whatever parts of you are ready. Come with whatever is still becoming. The dance holds it all.
