Early Spring Sweat Lodge

Join us Sunday 31st for our monthly Sweat Lodge Ceremony, to purify, release, and welcome this new light of spring.

Carl Jung said “Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” The Sweat Lodge offers a space to come back to yourself, meet yourself as you are, and allow what’s there. Movement is natural we get out the way.

Four rounds—earth, air, fire, water. We’ll release what winter has helped us outgrow and connect with the deeper knowing that’s stirring awake. Through meditation, song, and sharing, you’ll be held throughout the journey.

Let the heat of the stones, steam from water, and rhythm of the drum bring renewal for all our relations.\
