As we move toward the longest night, we gather to slow down, let go, and reconnect with what matters. This sweat lodge is a chance to breathe, to soften, and to listen—to the body, to Spirit. To be with yourself, and together in the circle, and lift up a prayer.
We honour those who came before us, and dream forward for those still to come.
